Bonnie packed up the BLT traveling boutique after her adventures in the Midwest and hit the dusty trail for Fort Worth, Texas. Steak at the original Del Frisco was worth the drive. Bonnie declares it, “The best steak in all of Texas!”
Bonnie is continuing her whirlwind tour through the USA.
She left the Windy City, and made her way to St. Louis, where she stayed at a historic landmark building called the Seven Gables Inn.
Leave it to Bonnie to find the local “treasures!” She discovered Ted Drewes Frozen Custard, a shop so popular, there is always a queue for the tasty treat, rain or shine. Later, at a place called “Hodak’s,” Bonnie ate the “best fried chicken in the country.”
What a testimony to Bonnie’s keen eye and fashion acumen that her clients consider their purchases such treasures that they still wear them 20 years later!
Bonnie Roseman continues her fashion tour through the country, and in the meantime, Bonnie Roseman’s BLT Boutique is getting a whole new website! While we’re reorganizing, we’re taking the time to showcase some of the latest and most wonderful looks from our designers. This week features Elizabeth Esther Kelly and her beautiful woven shoulder wraps, available now from the Bonnie Roseman 2014 Collection.
It’s a train that starts outside of Orlando, Florida and drops you outside of Washington D.C. That’s 800 miles…or 18 hours, by railroad.
“We slept in a sleeper car that they called a ‘roommette.’ It was the size of a postage stamp! You had to get dressed with one leg out in the hall way – I have never laughed so hard in my life.”
