As early as the late 80s, Bonnie caught the media's eye. She appeared in People Magazine with a spread in the Style section, and in 1990 appeared on the Today Show with Jane Pauley in a segment coaching women how to enliven their wardrobes by adding couture designs. Polaroid Corporation took notice that Bonnie used a Polaroid camera to take snapshots of clients wearing her collections, and contracted Bonnie as their national Spokeswoman for the fashion realm. This assignment opened many doors as Bonnie toured cross-country. She has designed collections for the Home Shopping Network in the U.S. and Home Shopping Europe.
As Bonnie journeyed across the country her clients introduced her to their friends who included many well-known artists, philanthropists, and trailblazers. Bonnie's list of distinguished clients include Mrs. Frank Sinatra, Christine Ebersole, Chita Rivera, Suze Orman, Melanie Griffith, Ann Hampton Calloway, Rita Moreno, Liza Minnelli, Amanda McBroom, Burt Reynolds, and many more.
