Fashion, Flowers and Fabulous Entertainers

It’s all about the fashion, flowers, and fabulous entertainment with Bonnie Roseman’s BLT Boutique.

The weather is heating up and so is the schedule for Bonnie. She has back to back bookings from Miami up to Vero and across to Naples while she’s still in the Sunshine State. With her assistant Marie, they load up the company minivan with a truckload of treasures: jackets, lightweight cashmere sweaters, fabulous hand-beaded tunics, one of a kind hand-casted silver and gold belt buckles, semi-precious and freshwater pearl jewelry.

Amidst the hustle and bustle of the business world, Bonnie feels it’s always important to stop and smell the roses – in this case, the cherry blossoms! Bonnie stumbled upon these beautiful blooms in a small park in the middle of the island of Palm Beach.

While looking for fashion inspiration, Bonnie found herself at the latest Palm Beach Garden Club exhibition at the Society of the Four Arts. The theme of the show was Hort-Couture, and Bonnie enjoyed the fashionable display of flowers inspired by various designers.

This dress was a tribute to the work of Palm Beach’s famed designer Lilly Pulitzer.

It was a triple-hitter in Palm Beach recently. Bonnie saw Tommy Tune at The Colony, where the audience was excited to hear he would be receiving an honorary 10th Tony Award for his contributions to the Broadway Theater.

For a few nights, The Colony’s famous Royal Room featured Billy Stritch and Jim Caruso. With the two of them at the helm, and a few other special guests, Bonnie felt like she was being transported to Birdland or The Carlyle in New York City. She can’t wait until they come back next season.

For the home run, seeing Chris Botti rocking with his trumpet onstage at the Kravis Center took everyone’s breath away. It was like seeing Miles Davis reincarnated.
