Bonnie’s Buzz About Town – January 30th, 2020

It’s another fabulous week in Palm Beach County! It may be a little chilly outside, but it’s warm inside, and things are really cooking…

We have Art Palm Beach at the Convention Center starting this Thursday, January 30th, and going through the weekend. Don’t miss this gallery art show, featuring galleries from all over the world.  The Kips Bay Show House will be Friday night, another ode to art and architecture, so don’t miss that, either.

Art Palm Beach 2020

There is fabulous entertainment happening at Cafe Centro, all week long. Also, don’t miss Rob Russell at the Pelican Cafe. To top it off, Culture and Cocktails is having their big event called Preserving Precious Treasures on the 3rd of February. Get your tickets here.

Hamilton is coming to Palm Beach at the Kravis Center. It’s the most attended show on Broadway, and almost a complete sellout at the Kravis for the next two weeks – get your ticket soon! And Bill Boggs is doing a wonderful event called Memories of Sinatra at FAU in Boca on February 4th. It’s at 7 o’clock, and I highly recommend it. He was close friends with Sinatra over the years, and it should be really interesting.

Hamilton is now at the Kravis

Don’t forget, on the 7th of February, Legends Radio is celebrating its 6th Anniversary with Debby Boone at the Eissey Theatre. I’m so happy to be a part of the event – I’ll be there with my fabulous fashion and accessory collection, so stop by and say hi to me, and the BLT Boutique!

Can you believe Legends Radio has now been on the air for 6 years? We’re celebrating Legends Radio’s 6th Anniversary at the Eissey Theatre in the Palm Beach Gardens. Debby Boone is the special guest, and her father, Pat Boone, will also be appearing to be honored that night. What a great event – get your tickets now, it’s going to be a complete sellout!

Rob Russell will be at the Pelican Cafe, and we have Lilian and Maycol at Trevini’s. There are so many choices for entertainment in Palm Beach.

Also coming up, the Kips Bay Palm Beach. The new show house will be open on January 31st, but you can usually get tickets to go the next few weeks after that, and you definitely want to check it out. It’s an interior designer showcase, where a home is transformed by local designers, serving as a charity event for Kips Bay and benefiting the Boys and Girls Club.

You want to make sure you check out this little Speakeasy off of Clematis Street. It’s perfect for dancing on Friday nights, and it’s right on top of Lynora’s. There is a door man, and he guides you to a great little disco called the Spazio Lounge that is so much fun.

Spazio Lounge is right upstairs

I also want to let you know that Culture and Cocktails is on the 3rd of February, and it was a complete sellout last time, so you want to get your tickets in advance. Just visit their website at palmbeachculture.com.
